FINE 2830 - Digital Animation Techniques: Lighting

A lecture/lab course focused on mastery of lighting the digital 3D environment. Students will develop skills/knowledge about the processes and techniques for creating realistic 3D lighting/lighting effects with an emphasis on artistic excellence through application of current 3D technologies. Note: Offered through Extended Studies (Continuing and Professional Education) due to separate tuition structure. Acceptance to the Digital Animation Center is competitive by interview/portfolio review with the Area Head for the program. Prereq: FINE 2810, 2820, and acceptance into the Digital Animation Center Animation Program.Semester Hours: 3to 3
