Biological and Physical Sciences, Mathematics: One of the two required courses must have a laboratory, and it cannot be in the same discipline as the student’s major.
Humanities: Humanities majors may take one course from the humanities list or two courses from the arts list. Other majors must take one course from the humanities list.
Behavioral Sciences: Social science majors matriculating Fall 2013 and earlier must take two courses from the behavioral sciences list.
Other majors and Social science majors matriculating Spring 2014 and later must take one course from the behavioral sciences list.
Social Sciences: Behavioral science majors matriculating Fall 2013 and earlier must take two courses from the social sciences list.
