CRJU 4180 - Comparative Study of Criminal Justice Systems


This course analyzes the dynamics of criminality and the social response to criminality across countries. Special emphasis is placed on the methods of comparative legal analysis utilized to examine international differences in crime and justice, international cooperation in criminal justice and crime and development.
