ELEC 4248 - Digital Communication Systems


Introduces digital communication systems covering elements of information theory; mathematical representation of signals and systems; modulation and demodulation for the additive Gaussian noise channel; performance analysis of various transmission formats; synchronization; coded waveforms; decoding algorithms; and other related topics.
