FINE 5650 - Nineteenth-Century Art

A lecture course on European movements from the French Revolution through Postimpressionism. Through visual analysis, vocabulary acquisition, discussion, exams and writing assignments, students will demonstrate knowledge of historical developments and an ability to analyze the art.
