PUAD 7450 - Law of All-Hazards Management


This course conveys knowledge of the statutes, regulations and court decisions governing the management of hazards by governmental agencies. It covers local, state and federal agencies as they mitigate, prepare for, respond to and recover from naturally, accidentally and intentionally caused disasters. Cross-listed with PUAD 5450.
